Rental Terms
- All rentals require a $200 security deposit check. This deposit will be returned one week after visit, less any charges for damages.
- Full payment is required at time of house key pickup.
- Cash, check, or Paypal accepted.
- A $110 non-refundable cleaning fee is required in addition to the rental fees.
- To complement your stay, we offer "Mountain Hospitality Services" to anyone that wishes to add a special touch to their vacation retreat
